Your Autobiography

I paint the way some people write their autobiography.
The paintings, finished or not, are the pages of my journal
and as such they are valid.
— Pablo Picasso

Paintings, photographs, words. Does it matter which? No, they are all an expression of ourselves, the autobiography we are leaving behind.

What does your autobiography say?

I suspect my autobiography is a bit all over the place – and maybe that is okay.

I think that’s perfectly ok! I always remind myself that some of the most interesting people I’ve ever met have led some of the least straightforward paths through life.

That’s an interesting concept… an autobiography through our photography.
I realize that we capture the things we do because they are part of our inner journey and perception. In other words, we capture what we perceive in that moment and it is a part of us. We are capturing a part of ourselves!
I see how my photography is changing, it goes deeper than it used to. Perceptions change, moods change and we evolve continuously.
Through the art of photography, we are painting the picture of our life!
