While I continue sharing the new images for my Market/Wheels series, it’s also time for a giveaway! Read on to see what I have to giveaway today.
Today’s market/wheels image is from Padua, Italy. I spent one day here with my sister during our “Sister’s Tour of the Veneto” in late 2009. We had a fun few days of exploring the Veneto, the region that Venice used to control, and we visited this famous market square in the university town of Padua (Padova, in Italian). This image is a great capture of a moment between vendor and customer, with the inclusion of this customer’s fabulous red wheels. I want that bike!
I’m breaking with the market/wheels theme for the giveaway though, to give away some postcards from my Evidence of Love portfolio available in my RedBubble shop!
I love how these turned out! I want to get these sent off to someone (you??) so that you too can share the love for Valentine’s Day. All you need to do is leave a comment on this blog post to enter, one entry per person. I’ll draw and announce the winner on Tuesday morning, 7 February. It’s been a while since I’ve given anything away, so I’m excited to liberate these into the world. You can share the love, by helping me share the word on the giveaway too!

Wherever did you find or how did you do the image with the heart on the street lamp. Totally fun and unexpected.
Love you images and thanks for the opp to win a few.
It was a real stoplight Elaine! It was near our Italian apartment, by a big hospital in Monza, Italy. Cool, huh?
Kat, I would LOVE to win your Evidence of Love postcards! It’s one of my favorites of your photo series. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for luck!
if my name is selected… I don’t think I would be able to give them away {unless they were to my hubs}… I could see them framed & hung on my collage wall.
Yay! A giveaway! I love your postcards.
You have me totally on the look out for evidence of LOVE…I’d be thrilled to have something from another artist! I still believe in snail mail too!
thank you!
Love the love postcards!
How gorgeous! I keep my eyes open for heart shapes as I go about my life too. I saw a rock with a heart-shaped hollow on its side when visiting one of my husband’s favourite wild spots over the christmas break recently that will make a valentines card for him this year.
This is just what I was looking for and then some! Perfect for VDay and so “love”ly! Sign me up please!
I love that lady’s red bike. What a great way to do your shopping!

Love your evidence of love postcards! The capture in time between the vendor and the woman in the market is fabulous. Also, I cannot blame you for wanting that bike.
I love your evidence of love series, it has me looking for love with my lens as well. Thank you for the opportunity to win some of your art.
That stoplight photo is one of my all-time favorites! I’d love to win some of your beautiful art!
I am drawn to photograping open markets, the colors and various spheres that promise to be a yummy taste treat. The soft colors and bike in your photo suggest a nostalgic time before life became so hectic. Very nice.
Your work with your unique series has challenged me once again. I’m beginning to look beyond single photographs, beginning to think about what series are already building that I need to become more aware of. Love your new Market/Wheels series too.
Those are beautiful!
Where you find bikes, you find a slower, easier lifestyle, plus it brings me back to many fun hours riding as a kid in my neighborhood. Great work.
Markets/wheels series is such a wonderful idea. I love the idea of having a a series of images, telling a story.
Love postcards are wonderful! Thanks for sharing and the giveaway.
