One Life 2011

In June 2011, as I prepared to move from Italy back to the US, a contest came along my path. Called One Life 2011, the photography contest had a grand prize of $10,000 and a trip around the world. It had a category for "places." All of that appealed to me, and for the first time ever I entered a contest.

While I didn't win anything, it was a fantastic opportunity to review my work through choosing photos to enter. This portfolio is beautiful reminder of my time living in Italy and traveling Europe, and a good overview of my photographic work celebrating the spirit of places.
